IT Support. 

Our client is currently looking to recruit for IT support to join there team. 

Duties: 

Provide IT support to end-users on various technical issues. 

Troubleshoot hardware and software problems

Cloud and Microsoft 365 support

Install and configure computer systems, software and applications

Manage user accounts and permissions

Monitor network performance and security

Assist in IT projects and upgrades

Maintain documentation of IT procedures and inventory. 

Experience required: 

Proficiency in Active Directory, VPN, TCP/IP, Cloud and Microsoft 365

Experience in IT support and troubleshooting

Knowledge of Office applications

Ability to analyse and resolve technical issues promptly

Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach

A Positive Can-do attitude. 

Willingness to learn and develop. 

Work self sufficiently along within a team.
