To accommodate the smooth running of our food and beverage operations, we are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be working closely with the Outlet Manager and assist in the smooth running of the Food and Beverage operation, ensuring high standards of service is always delivered.

A consistent high level of management and guest satisfaction will be met by the successful candidate, who is competent of manage restaurant functions / service in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Taking charge and being responsible for the Food and Beverage department in the absence of the Outlet Manager.
• Ensuring all associates participate in the daily department meetings.
• Always Maintaining correct staffing levels
• Keeping a solid record of all bookings and positive guest communications.
• Taking ownership to correct sub-performers through progressive communications whilst creating a healthy and energetic working environment.
• Making sure high cleaning standards are always maintained and ensuring all checklists are followed throughout the department.
• Conducting daily briefings and trainings for the team.
• Helping staff to ensure all team members have completed online training.
• Cashing up at the end of shifts.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in a Supervisory capacity in a similar style of operation
• Good knowledge of food, fine wine and cast ales.
• Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.
• Flexible and versatile in responding to guest requests and situations.
• Have an excellent eye for detail.
• Be highly organized with an efficient approach.
• At all times you will be expected to provide excellent hospitality to both internal and external guests
