Overview: 

To ensure the highest standards of guest service and care are maintained at all times within the Lounge & Bar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the bar areas are correctly prepared for service.
• To serve all beverages to the required standards and to ensure such service is friendly and efficient.
• To be aware of all the duties relating to the role of bar person refer to the function details and ensure that such duties are carried out to the required standards.
• Assistant the Lounge and Terrace with food orders and ensure a smooth running of service.
• To have a good knowledge of the history, services and facilities of the hotel and to ensure all members of staff have likewise.
• Efficient and satisfactory handling of customer complaints, and avoidance of these complaints by maintaining consistent, excellent, attentive and timely customer service.
