The Opportunity

Are you passionate about health, wellness, and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Leisure Membership Advisor.

As a Leisure Membership Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our members and prospective customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing exceptional customer service by assisting members with inquiries, membership sign-ups, and renewals. Conducting facility tours to showcase our amenities and services to potential members. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve membership targets and promote membership upgrades. Building and maintaining strong relationships with members to enhance their experience and encourage retention. Assisting with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining member records.

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
