The Bid Manager will contribute to an industry-leading bid writing function including all liquid fuels HVO and any new products brought to market at Certas Energy. The bid-writing team operates as a core function and supports all levels of the business within Energy Solutions. The team consists of sector specialists who deliver excellence in their area and manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle. The role involves working closely with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels to optimize the bid lifecycle, delivering a customer-centric offer that drives growth and improves retention. The Bid Writing & Commercial Team aims for a commercial benefit in excess of £12m PBIT.



Are you a Bid Manager looking for a new challenge? We're looking for:

  • Experience in delivering large multi-site organization projects.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills and experience, able to implement and lead multiple projects working collaboratively across departments and organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to inspire, influence, and engage key stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills.
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of people in a professional manner, able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Creativity and ability to continuously improve and drive results.
  • Courage to take on new work, investigate the best options for the company, and deliver high-level briefing and action plans.
  • BA honors degree or equivalent in any subject.
  • 2 - 3 A Levels or equivalent in addition to an undergraduate degree.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • IT literate.
  • Experience in managing a multi-million P&L is desirable.
