Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias - £22.79 umbrella plus Van and Fuel Card

Your new company 
You will be working for a large national company who manage the maintenance of commercial properties across the UK.
Your new role 
You will be a mobile multi skilled engineer covering Salisbury, Warminster, Marlborough and Andover - van and fuel card will be provided.
The successful candidate will perform Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance to both Plant, Equipment and Building Services.

Identify and manage the risks to the client through the equipment on site, including updating drawings, identifying critical spares, improving performance of machinery, improving and implementing the preventative maintenance programUsing new equipment and technologies to maintain a working production environment liaising with the client on any requests for certain machinery PPM’sFault finding on all types of MachinerySupport others in the department in relation to Health and SafetyProvide Electrical and Mechanical expertise to the Maintenance Department working on Heavy Industrial Machines and Overhead CranesWrite and follow Risk Assessments and be available to question any issues which arise from them safely and accuratelyCompletion of the required documentation as specified with the requirements of all rules and legislationWork on Three Phase Systems with Voltages up to 440VWorking on Motors, Gearboxes, Valves encompassing Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical SystemsUse Mobile Devices to accurately project and complete any works from the CAFM Maintenance SystemHours are flexible 7am to 4pm with 1 hour break.

What you'll need to succeed 
Strong proven experience in maintenanceElectrical Competences / Qualifications to a minimum or equivalent to City and Guilds 236 Pt 1-2 Electrical qualifications to 17th EditionMechanical Competences / Qualifications to an acceptable standard to City and Guild’s MechanicalGood multi skilled abilityExperience working on 3 phase motors, drives and invertersHydraulic / Pneumatic ExperienceAbility to fault findPLC Diagnostics / Repair CompetenciesDesirable
