Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 16:00pm

We’re currently looking to recruit a CMMS Coordinator  to manage the client facilities CMMS system on site, generating and closing out of planned and corrective maintenance activities. Being an active member of the facilities management team, you will ensure Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) and Quality and Compliance related goals are well established and implemented.

In this role, you will be responsible for the operation of the Computer Maintenance Management System (Maximo) for two sites, where you will create, modify or delete assets, plan maintenance and job plans. We’re looking for you to work closely with the soft and hard services managers to ensure that trouble shooting, and reports from external contractors are timely tracked and completed for month end targets. In addition, you will be the Apleona point of contact for all Maximo requests.

As an Apleona Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, we’re looking for:

Strong communication skills Experience in a similar role Experience with Maximo system (desirable) Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure Problem solving and fault diagnosis skills Strong planning and organisational skills

We’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will be paid an annual salary up to £28,000 and will have access to the following Apleona employee benefits.
