How you’ll make a difference

As an Agile Coach at TSB Bank, you will be a key driver in the organisation’s transition to Agile ways of working in a scaled environment. This role involves guiding banks Value Stream’s by training, teaching and coaching feature teams in Agile ways of working and creating an optimum environment for teams to thrive. Your responsibility is to ensure that Agile ways of working are scaled safely and effectively across the organisation, aligning with the central Agile ways of working strategy. You will also play a key role in establishing and supporting the enduring Agile ways of working service offering.

This role will require on site coaching in Gloucester or London 2 days per week as a minimum.

What you’ll bring

Extensive experience in training teams in agile ways of working within a scaled environment with a deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies. Expert experience in facilitation, training, coaching, and mentoring. Strong servant leadership and stakeholder management skills. Relevant certifications, and / or experience in agile coaching Considerable experience of driving continuous improvement - with a focus on using qualitative and quantitative metrics. Ability to effectively prioritise home (central), and away (value stream) commitments. Passion for creating an optimum environment for agile teams to thrive. Background in banking or financial services.
