Position

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our team and manage selected long term Jamie Oliver brand partnerships on a day to day basis. Act as the main point of contact for nominated partnerships and maintain excellent communication and strong working relationships both internally and externally. This person will be the glue between the partner and all other arms of the business and is pivotal in delivering on all of the Jamie Oliver Group’s contractual obligations to the partner, and unlocking value through innovation and optimisation, as well as acting as brand guardian for the Jamie Oliver brand and upholding both brands’ values.

Responsibilities include:

External Partnership Management

Manage meetings with partners, ensuring key attendees are present, clear agendas are set upfront and key actions are noted, circulated and progressed Have a granular understanding of the partner’s strategic objectives, and how the partnership supports the delivery of key business measures, working closely with the partner on a collaborative and integrated annual plan to ensure key milestones are mapped as early as possible, ensuring clear share of voice. Ensure the partner adheres to the Jamie Oliver values and brand guidelines at all times, identifying areas of flexibility to deliver on the partners challenges where necessary. Create partner facing documents, and support the Head of Partnerships on the creation and presentation of key strategic meeting decks. Review briefs from the partner/or their agency, ensuring there is a common understanding of the objectives and measures of success, reframing as required and ensuring key learnings from past content/campaigns are included. Deliver all partner facing budgets and obtain partner approval. Act as the key contact on partner shoots, including leading all briefings, hosting the partner, and providing administrative and coordination support to the partner and production teams as required. Organise regular campaign review sessions with the partner, to ensure key objectives, KPIs and learnings are captured for future projects, summarising and reporting to the Head of Partnerships.

Internal Partnership Management

Support the CCO + Head of Partnerships to create strategic proposal decks for prospective partner opportunity, working with the Brand Experiences team to glean insights and data relevant to the brief. Ensure advocacy of the partnerships function with co-workers Ensure each workstream adheres to the terms of the partnership contract at all times Work with production management teams on the development of partner budgets based on required deliverables, and ensuring a clear value proposition. Lead the Content Commissioning Team process for designated partners, acting as the project manager and working closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time. Monitor partnership content performance, working with internal teams to optimise as required to ensure objectives and KPIs are delivered against. Lead the development of a clear and compelling post campaign analysis document, which will present insights and recommendations provided by the relevant teams. Track partner budgets and revenue margins on a regular basis, and reconcile with the accounts team on a regular basis and flagging any risk or opportunities with the Head of Partnerships.

Requirements

Experience of delivering branded content - as well as some knowledge of online advertising, video content, social media output and paid media Significant experience as an account manager at brand level or client-side experience of delivering a range of projects across multiple platforms as well as having astute commercial awareness and approach to partnerships and client services. Experience of writing functional specifications and briefs, analysing data and delivering post campaign analysis Excellent track record in managing partnerships Have an in depth understanding of the partners brand values and their communication challenges, and gain knowledge about the business problems that the partners are trying to solve Have an in depth knowledge of the Jamie Oliver brand and our key business objectives aligned to the 5 year plan in order to drive partnerships that align with our own objectives Excellent communication, prioritisation and people skills Ability to prioritise effectively and deal with new situations and any problems as they arise Understand how to activate cross-platform advertising campaigns across Jamie Oliver channels and brand channels, and help guide partners in utilising these platforms. This includes above the line, below the line and PR communications Strong ability to produce project plans and manage workloads, juggling multiple deadlines and priorities.
