Overview

Head of Global Projects leads in achieving educational and commercial growth through the design & implementation of inspiring and research-backed learning spaces within schools. The position involves analysing and mapping global territories for new opportunities, managing TTS Learning Spaces projects from start to finish, working with sales managers for cross-collaboration, assessing the impact of proposals and strategies, identifying opportunities for commercial expansion, ensuring customer satisfaction, and planning and forecasting commercial development of the Learning Spaces offering.

The Head of Global Projects is instrumental in driving TTS’s expansion into new educational spaces and markets. Their role in analysing global markets, establishing strategic partnerships, and overseeing project management from start to finish positions them as a key player in shaping the company's future growth. Their influence is particularly notable in their ability to identify and capitalize on new educational trends and opportunities for commercial expansion, ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth through innovative project offerings.

Responsibilities

Global Market Analysis: Analysing global territories to identify new project opportunities. Strategic Partnership Establishment: Forming long-term partnerships for educational and commercial success. Project Management: Managing projects from inception to completion, including lead sourcing, creating designs & renders, writing proposals, sourcing components, deal closing, managing logistics and final installation. Cross-Collaboration with Sales Managers: Ensuring synergy with in-market sales managers for learning space opportunities. Strategy Impact Assessment: Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented strategies. Trend Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Keeping abreast of educational trends for commercial expansion. Customer Satisfaction and Commercial Forecasting: Ensuring customer satisfaction and planning the commercial development of RM projects.

The role and its responsibilities can be expected to evolve across time.

Experience

You will have proven experience of: Leadership skills and management experience with a focus on the creation and delivery of shared school learning spaces and classroom settings. Writing outstanding and comprehensive proposals that match to customer needs and budgets. Experience in achieving financial targets in an education-focused business environment. Strategic planning, team management, and motivational skills. Proficiency in education sector, particularly in curriculum-aligned resource planning and sales. You will be responsible for: 10-15 projects per year AOV £50-£75k per deal Indoor and outdoor projects Global responsibility You will have a strong alignment to RM's core behaviours - Be Brave, Win Together, Be Curious, Make it Simple and Consider it Done.
