Senior Business Development Manager

How you will achieve success in this role:
Negotiate long-term program and assortment strategies with large-scale partners, pricing, assortment and volume. Develop and lead acquisition strategy and relationship development with Tier 1 & Tier 2 Vendor prospects. Collaborate with other senior leaders on departmental strategy, including participation in weekly leadership meetings and quarterly retreats. Develop initial revenue and profitability analysis for new vendor prospects, onboarding new vendors then smoothly transition to appropriate vendor manager. Drive dialogue and negotiations with executive level vendor contacts to set favorable business conditions for Spreetail.
What experiences will help you in this role:
3+ years business development experience. 3+ years end-to-end sales experience to drive a sale across the sales pipeline from research & proposal to creating a PO. Executive presence and able to lead cross functional and individual team efforts to obtain new vendors. Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by success and enjoys working in a high pace environment.
