Are you an experienced administrator, with a commitment to providing excellent service and support to both internal and external contacts?

If so, we have registered an interesting 3-month, full time, temporary assignment with one of our leading clients.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Administrator Responsibilities

In this role you will be supporting and advising all internal and external customers by:

Organising and monitoring visitors and their needs. Reception management. Making travel and hotel bookings. Reviewing expense claims. Managing access to the systems, including generating passes. Validating claims for funding. Handling queries from staff, assisting wherever possible. Other ad hoc administration.

Temporary Administrator Requirements

Strong administration skills, with proven and extensive experience in this area, gained within a commercial office setting. Attention to detail and robust organisational ability. Good interpersonal skills, tact, and confidentiality when handling internal data. Numerate and IT proficient across the MS Office suite. Commitment to providing excellent service. Excellent communication skills, both on email and via the telephone.
