Our inhousecapabilities include large format Laser Cutting and Press BrakingCNC Precision Machining Fabrication & Welding ShotBlasting Painting and finalAssembly.

Tasks

MTL Advancedis actively seeking a seasoned CNC Programmer / Operator with greatattention to detail and a strong focus on meeting qualitystandards. You will be able to interpret technical drawings programand oversee CNC Machines and uphold our standards of precision andefficiency. Working from drawings; you will plan machiningprocesses specify tooling and fixturing requirements and generatemachine programs.

ABOUT THEROLE:

  • Independentlyprogram set up and operate CNC machinery (Fanuc Controls) to craftparts as per the specified standards.
  • Interprettechnical drawings and program CNC machineaccordingly
  • Supervise machines during operationmaking realtime adjustments for enhancedresults
  • Maintain machinery cleanliness andfunctionality on a daily basis
  • Check thecompleted products for precision ensuring alignment withspecifications
  • Promptly report and document anydiscrepancies in machine or toolingoperations
  • Engage proactively with theengineering and production teams to meet and exceed qualitybenchmarks
Requirements

ABOUTYOU:

  • Demonstratedexperience as a CNC Programmer /Operator
  • Experience with Fanuccontrols
  • Experience with precision measurementinstruments
  • Ability to seamlessly interprettechnical drawings
  • Strong analyticaltroubleshooting and critical thinking skills and generateinnovative concepts and ideas
  • Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills with the ability tocommunicate at all levels
  • Ability to remainfocused on Quality and consistently reiterate its importance toothers
  • Able to demonstrate excellentmanufacturing practices and be able to select tooling and machiningresources for the manufacture of parts
  • Strongmathematicalskills
