About the Role

Saffron Health Partnership has an opportunity for a well organised clinical administrator, who thrives in a busy working environment, to join our data team. This role is offered on a full-time basis for hours per week and once trained, the role will be hybrid working so will be a mixture of remote and office-based working. Full training will be given.

The main responsibilities of the role include: Accurate data entry and read coding of relevant patient information and medical data into the clinical system. Undertaking a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice, including the provision of clerical support to clinical staff. Forwarding clinical documents to clinicians following practice protocol. Manage patient enquiries using the Klinik portal. About the Candidate

Excellent attention to detail, ability to work to a high standard and at a fast pace. Comfortable with learning new systems and processes when appropriate. Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills. An ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload. Be able to communicate clearly and appropriately with members of the public, colleagues, and staff in other agencies verbally, on the telephone and in writing. Flexible, adaptable, and resourceful. Experience with Microsoft including outlook, Word, and Excel Candidates who have experience in clinical coding/SystmOne clinical system, would be preferred, although we welcome applications from candidates with NHS or primary care experience in similar roles. About Us We are a long-established practice with a very friendly team serving patients from our 3 sites in Biggleswade, Sandy and Langford. This role is based at our Biggleswade site, which is under a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also have a staff car park and you will receive28 days leave plus Bank holidays.
