Ourclient has a turnover of approximately 250 million and employs over700 members of staff across 12 dealerships and 1 dedicated servicecentre.
They are looking torecruit a Motor Vehicle Technician to join their busy service teamin Hartlepool. Our client s performance has been continuing to growas well as being recognised for the quality of service provided totheir customers.
As such theyrequire a selfmotivated individual who is able to use their owninitiative to work alongside our existing team in their busyservicedepartment.

Responsibilities:

Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues invehicles

Undertaking vehicle repairs and maintenance ensuring adherence tomanufacturer specifications andguidelines

Providing accurate and detailed reports on vehicle condition workperformed and recommendations for further repairs ormaintenance.

Collaborating effectively with other team members to deliverexceptional service and meet customerexpectations

Candidatesmust be a level 3 qualified Technician and hold a full and validdrivinglicence.

RequirementsTheIdeal candidatewill:

Have a Level 3 qualification in VehicleMaintenance

Have a full and valid drivinglicence

Possess a flexible approach and a positiveattitude

Be committed to achieve complete customersatisfaction

Help achieve sales targets as set out by serviceManager

Ensure work is completed to a high standard at alltimes

Comply with Health & SafetyProcedures

Comply with Company administrative procedures i.e. Use clock cardmachine complete job cardsetc
