What You'llDo

As the Group Tax Reporting& Analytics Senior Manager, you'll spearhead the Group'sexternal reporting and internal ETR forecasting process. Reportingdirectly to the Director Tax Reporting & Analytics, you'llbe the driving force behind international reporting issues,contribute to business planning scenarios, and design reportingsolutions in response to regulatorychanges.

Under the mentorship of the Director,your responsibilities willinclude:

  1. Managing Group consolidation,audit, and external statutoryreporting.
  2. Overseeing the Group consolidationprocess at key intervals.
  3. Preparing the Group'seffective tax rate forecast.
  4. Handlingcountry-by-country reporting submissions and localcompliance.
  5. Assisting with tax balance sheetmanagement and technical accountingsupport.
  6. Maintaining and developing the Group'stax reporting environment.
  7. Providing taxaccounting support to UK and localmarkets.
  8. Enhancing tax governance proceduresand control environment.
  9. Designing andimplementing Pillar 2 reportingsolutions.
  10. Assisting with other systemsinitiatives and providing data analyticssupport.

KeyChallenges

To thrive in this role,you'll need to be a proactive team player with strong accountingskills. You'll face complex scenarios and be expected tocommunicate their implications effectively to TaxLeadership.

Skills &Experience

We're seekingcandidates with:

  • A university degree(2.1) and ACA qualification with at least 2 years post qualexperience.
  • At least 3 years of tax experience,preferably with Big 4 training.
  • Good knowledgeof IAS12 and accounting for incometaxes.
