We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven Dental Practice Manager to join our friendly team at Temple Square Dental in Aylesbury. This is the perfect time to join us at Envisage Dental UK as we embark on our next phase of growth. We are seeking a commercial leader who is excited about making empowered decisions and driving growth.
About Temple Square Dental: We are a 4-surgery private practice in the heart of historic Aylesbury, situated in a charming building that has been a feature of old Aylesbury since the 1500s and a dental practice since the 1950s. Our highly-experienced clinical team offers state-of-the-art dental treatments alongside specialist dentistry. As our new Practice Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with our well-established, high-performing clinicians who are dedicated to excellence in patient care and clinical outcomes. This collaboration will not only enhance your leadership skills but also provide valuable insights into advanced dental practices.

You also will gain access to full support from your peers with our Workplace App which connects you to every person in business and attend regular meetings with your area to share best practice, bounce ideas off and spend time with your support team, after all a problem shared is a problem solved.

You will ideally have a dental or healthcare management background although this is not essential for the role A strong commercial leader who fosters accountability throughout the clinic and inspires continuous improvement Confident and decisive communication skills Proactive and naturally inquisitive, with a fast reaction time to anticipate and address issues A deep understanding of the importance of a great patient journey and the ability to turn opportunities into results Ability to influence all stakeholders, from clinicians to support team members and subject matter expertsTemple Square Dental in Aylesbury is part of the Envisage Dental UK Group, a 4.8-star rated company on Indeed and a 4.9-star rated company on Glassdoor.
