What You’ll Be Doing:
As part of this dynamic engineering team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of manufacturing with the following responsibilities:
- Innovate & Lead: Define plant-specific equipment and lead its realization from concept to production.
- Optimise Processes: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline production, ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency.
- Support Across Functions: Provide vital administrative support in SAP, product files, lab reports, and quality testing.
- Drive Change: Lead engineering change management and implement productivity improvements across the plant.
- Champion Quality: Perform technical feasibility studies, PFMEAs, and safety assessments to maintain the highest standards.
- Collaborate & Execute: Coordinate pre-production and production runs for new products with the production team, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Empower Teams: Provide training and support to production teams to help them achieve their best.
- Maximize Efficiency: Identify and act on cost-reduction opportunities throughout the product lifecycle from launch to serial production.

Required Skills & Experience:.
- Strong understanding of plastics manufacturing processes (injection, paint, assembly).
- Proven experience in a similar manufacturing role (essential).
- Familiarity with ISO50001 energy management standards is a plus.
- Previous experience in engineering change management, including technical studies and risk assessments.
- Ideally from the automotive industry or fast paced manufacturing
