Based in the beautiful Royal William Yard area with this breathtaking restaurant. A fantastic open plan restaurant with a rustic feel making it a perfect lunch or dinner spot. This is a great performing restaurant with high summer sales. 

This would suit a Head Chef who likes to be in a busy but organised kitchen. We have a strong kitchen team already in place and also a fantastic front of house management team.  We are just missing the last peice of the puzzle

Stated salary is based on a 48 hourly rate contract plus tronc (service charge).  The beauty of an hourly rate is you get paid for every hour you work. We'd never expect you to work for free

Full training is given. We also have an amazing area chef to help and support you all the way with your training.
