Here we manufacture large, complex structural wing assemblies, detailed metallic components and wing systems for a combination of both civil and military aircraft.

What you'll Bring
To help us make a difference, you’ll bring your passion and expertise/ talent for what you do. You also must have completed a recognised apprenticeship (Apprenticeship Level 2 or 3) in one of the following trades:
Motor Mechanics Coppersmithing Sheet Metal Working Marine Fitting Agricultural Fitting Fabricating Plumbing Welding Pattern Making Pipe Fitting Gas Fitting Coach Making Plating Jig Erecting A/C FittingIf you already have a recognised apprenticeship completed within the Aerospace Sector, you're of course welcome to apply here too and we can fast-track your application.
What We'll Offer
If you're joining us on the skills transfer scheme, we'll provide training and support over two years to help you achieve a nationally recognised Level 3 NVQ Technical Certificate Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering (Aircraft Manufacture Mechanical)
If you'll join our skills transfer scheme, your starting salary will be £32,105, rising to £35,336 per annum when fully trained. If you're an already qualified apprentice within Aerospace, your salary will be £33,946 rising to £35,336 per annum
The standard working week is 35 hours, although you may be working shifts and sometimes there is a need for overtime - shift premium and overtime rates are paid.
