Are you practical, resourceful, and caring with child care experience?

Do you have the flexibility to make a regular commitment to help a family with a disabled child? Do you have experience working with children and young people with disabilities and medical needs?

If you have a minimum of 16 – 24 hours or more a month to spare and are available to work on Saturdays – days and evenings, between 9am and 11pm

Ealing Family Link Service are looking for a number of Sitter we would be interested in hearing from you

More hours may be available at the times of work below:

Sundays (between 9am -11pm) Weekdays after school from 3.30pm onwards Weekdays during the day

Only applicants available at stated times will be considered for the post.

Our sitters / befrienders work on a casual ‘as and when’ basis in the child’s own home or in the community, for periods between two and five hours at a time, providing for all the child’s care needs, whilst their parent or carer has a break.

You will have experience of looking after children (essential) caring for children with medical needs an advantage, but no formal qualifications are needed.

We will provide training, on-going support and supervision
