We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Specialist Services team to cover day shifts in Middlesborough.

You'll be part of a team providing care and support to three boys aged 4, 7 and 9 who have complex care needs as a result of a congenital brain disorder, who's individual needs include:

PEG Feed Oxygen and saturation monitoring Seizure management Medication Management and administration Personal Care

We are looking for a female carer with previous experience and driving licence to work Monday to Friday 7am to 10am and 3pm to 6pm shifts, with the potential for additional shifts to cover sickness and holidays for other members of the care team.

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

Key Requirements:
