A full driving license and use of your own car are essential. You must have experience in domiciliary care and a completed a level 2 and working towards level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Apex Prime Care is the leading provider of private care in Hampshire, Dorset and East Sussex. We offer leading rates of pay, a comprehensive training programme and extensive support when working out in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promoting care staff personal development,
  • Carer spot checks and medication competency checks
  • Undertaking new service user assessments and developing their personalised care plan
  • Service user reviews
  • Supporting the care coordinators when required
  • Auditing of medication
  • On call duties when required (includes additional payment)
  • Working alternative weekends in the community


Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseA full driving license and use of your own car are essential. You must have experience in domiciliary care and a completed a level 2 and working towards level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
