Education/ qualifications

Essential criteria

NVQ (QCF) level 2 in Pharmacy Services or an equivalent Pharmacy Assistant certificate Good standard of education, GCSE or equivalent

Knowledge and experience

Essential criteria

Worked in a pharmacy either hospital or retail Dealing with the public/ healthcare professionals

Desirable criteria

Worked in a Hospital Pharmacy Stores & Distribution Department

Skills, abilities, and attributes

Essential criteria

Ability to train and supervise staff. Ability to learn fast, be flexible, a good team player and show initiative. Good communication skills Good organisational skills.
