The ideal candidate will be responsiblefor identifying and prospecting potential clients through phonecalls and emails with the aim of expanding our customer base andpromoting our financialservices.Responsibilities:Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup andoutbound cold calls Understand customerneeds and offer solutions and support Makephone calls and send emails to potential clients to introducefactoring services and generate interest.Maintain accurate records of communications and the status ofpotential clients and follow up effectively.Qualify leads based on their interest and purchasingcapacity. Collaborate with the sales andbusiness relations team to transfer qualifiedleads. Participate in the creation andexecution of lead generation strategies.Stay updated on the company s products and services and effectivelycommunicate their value proposition toleads.Requirements:Previous experience of at least 3 years in lead generation outboundcalls preferably in the financial industry.Exceptional communication skills both verbal andwritten. Proactive attitude andresultsoriented. Ability to workindependently and as part of a team. Basicknowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking.Ability to establish effective relationships and gain the trust ofpotential clients. Excellent organizationaland time management skills. Focus on qualityand attention todetail.
