Brand Manager, SOCOTEC, Bretby

To support our ambitious growth plans, we have a great opportunity to join our Central Services teams here at SOCOTEC. With over 1800 UK employees our Central Services functions are key to ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Based in Bretby, working across the specialisms in HR, Marketing, Finance and IT we pride ourselves of partnering and support our operational divisions to deliver a world class service to our customers.

Were looking for a Brand Manager to support us in developing, protecting, and nurturing the SOCOTEC brand as we grow.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the rebrand of acquisitions to ensure brand consistency, both in the dual branding and rebranding phase
  • Help to develop SOCOTEC as a brand in the professional services sector
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand positioning and maintain consistent brand values across all touchpoints and channels.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging and visual identity through regular audits across all channels

  • Proven experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
  • Experience of rebranding and/or acquisition integration
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Experience of brand development within a similar sector
