Thisrole will be supporting our Potholes operational team so you willget exposure to minor civils works aspects of health and safety andhow we mobilise our contracts as well as all you need to know aboutworking in an office environment. We will support you every step ofthe way with your studies spending up to 20% of your weekcompleting your Level 3 Business Admin course.

Day to day we will get you involved in manyaspects of the Potholes department including;

  • Working with the mobilisation team todeliver an efficient service to our clients
  • Raising of Purchase Orders related tomaterials and plant equipment
  • Liaising withour specialist Field Teams and suppliers
  • Providing general admin support to thePotholes wider team

Who are we looking for

We are looking for fast learnerwith a curious mindset who has a genuine interest in learningessential admin skills. Attention to detail and being proactive arekey in this role as you will soon have your own responsibility andwill need to take ownership of your work.

Thisis a busy but fun and closeknit team so everyones efforts areimportant to the overall success. Youll have to show a strong teamethic focusing on fantastic service every day as well as being ableto maintain high enthusiasm. Youll be assigned a buddy and get lotsof support and the team will work with you each day to help you asyou become competent in the role.

We would loveyou to progress within the Potholes team in the future so a genuineinterest in working within a Construction office environment isessential.

Youll need to love being organisedand get a kick out of ticking things off your to do list. Youllalso need to have strong computer skills including Excel &Outlook to assist you in your role; but we can help you with thiswhere needed.

This is a hybrid role with theopportunity to spend 1 to 2 days a week in our office in Billericaywith the rest of the week working from home partnering with theteam on video calls. These days can flex with the needs of thebusiness. We will support you with your studies but you must behighly selfmotivated as you will need to stay on track and completethis at the same time as your busy role.
