KHR are working with a leading manufacturerof bespoke products servicing a global customer base; who arelooking for a motivated, confident and client-orientated Sales andEstimating Coordinator to join the team.

TheSales and Estimating Coordinator will play a crucial role in thesales team, ensuring that the business secures all works tenderedfor; and successfully manages the order process from start tofinish, acting as the point of contact for internal and externalparties.

Roles andResponsibilities

- Acknowledging receipt oftender enquiries
- Log the tender return date ensuringapplications are submitted on time
- Ensuring thatdetails of project are correct to make sure orders can be processedin a timely manner
- Obtain and update the details of theproject/client
- Send sales materials and samples torelevant project contact (Architect or Designer)
- Raisea Request For Information or Tender Clarification Request so thatyou can mark up the drawings accurately
- Build andmaintain relationships with the Quantity Surveyors andContractors
- Oversee the order process
-Obtain a receipt of orders
- Work closely with sales andsample making teams

CandidateProfile

- Solid knowledge of order processingand cost estimation
- Experience in managing tenderenquiries
- The ability to understand interpret andunderstand technical drawings
- Previous experienceworking in/with construction, architecture, engineering, fit-outetc
- Excellent communication skills at alllevels
- You must be energetic with a willingness tolearn and develop
- High attention to detail, highlyorganised
