Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Harrow, provides support for people with  Learning Disabilities Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries . We understand the importance of providing person-centred support that enables independence and meets each individual's needs.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

  • Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life
  • Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
  • Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication
  • Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping
  • Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)
  • Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking
