The Sweet Treats business generates over £250m Turnover and is a key growth engine in Premier Foods. As a commercially astute, qualified Customer Finance Analyst, you are someone who has the ability to build strong relationships cross functionally, challenge and influence others, and can explain finance to those who may not have a finance background. This role would suit you if you’re looking to move into a highly commercial area with exceptionally fast paced challenge and cross functional senior management exposure.
The main purpose of this job is to:
Business Partner two Customer Directors across our Convenience and Discounter sectors, providing accurate and timely finance support to drive informed and quality decision making Work hand in hand with Commercial Planning & Execution Teams to influence the trade investment strategy via monitoring, analysing and interpreting data Understand the performance drivers and loinger term issues of customers, and the implication of these for the wider business Lead on SOX compliance for the Sweet Treats Customer Finance Team, ensuring we deliver against goals set Take responsibility of period end analysis, short term forecast cycles and evaluation of performance, to drive insigh for sales teams and senior leadership teamsAutonomy is an important aspect of this role and your main responsibility will be to help your stakeholders make informed decisions, based on financial data. You will be joining a fast paced, supportive, high performing team, with senior management exposure. This role is crucial for the success of the company and requires someone who can excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, by building strong relationships.
