Position Overview:

You will play a crucial role in shaping the educational landscape of our community. We welcome teachers specialising in all levels, to deliver engaging and effective lessons that promote academic growth and personal development. Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the local curriculum and educational goals, tailored to your specific level of expertise.

· Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and growth among students.

· Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and their families, addressing the developmental needs of your designated level.

· Collaborate with fellow educators and local council officials to develop and implement effective teaching strategies relevant to your level of instruction.

· Participate in professional development activities to stay current with the latest educational practices, focusing on your specific level.

· Cultivate a classroom culture that values diversity, respect, and mutual support, tailored to your students' age and understanding.

· Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and other relevant data, reflecting the needs of your level.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

· Relevant teaching certification and/or licensure as required by local regulations, specific to your level.

· Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and a strong dedication to our community's educational success.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adapted to the age group you teach.

· Ability to adapt teaching methods to address the diverse learning needs of students in your specific level.

· Commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment, tailored to the age and development stage of your students.

· Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and actively engage in continuous professional development.
