Are you passionate about advancing agricultural innovation? At Corteva Agriscience, we’re seeking a dynamic and dedicated Field Scientist to join our Crop Protection Discovery and Development (CPD&D) Field Sciences Team. As a Field Scientist, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of crop management, sustainability, and product development. This role is a dual role:

Your Mission:

Field Scientist:

Accountable for flawless execution of field trials. From site selection through to data upload, Conduct and monitor field trials evaluating the performance of biologicals, biostimulants, chemistry and traits. Collaborate closely with Biology Leaders to align with technical objectives and stewardship guidelines. Evaluate data from your own trials and collaborate with fellow Field Scientists. Your observations and recommendations will contribute to product decisions. Summarise local trial data and contribute to regional and global field data summaries for Corteva products. Your insights will drive impactful decisions across regions. Tap into your knowledge of crop management practices, emerging issues, and trends to be a bridge between the field and our commercial organization.

Field Scientist Principal Biologist:

Lead your portfolio programme in the UK and Ireland to achieve high quality data to drive product decisions. Provide cross summary of data on a local and European level and deliver results to key local and global stakeholders. Summarise and compile data to produce Biology Assessment Dossiers for product submissions to regulatory authorities across UK and Europe. Be the commercial focal point to deliver technical expertise to internal commercial colleagues and external customers to maximise sales.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree as a minimum in agriculture or biological sciences. MSc or PhD is preferred Experience in field research, trial execution, and data analysis Passion for sustainable agriculture and innovation Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams Oncoming automobile UK driving licence Join the Wellesbourne Field Science team and help us cultivate more resilient future.
