GSL Education is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. Starting in September 2024, this full-time temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students.

About the role:

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education, assist in the preparation of learning materials, and provide personalized support to students. Your role will be crucial in fostering a positive learning environment and ensuring that every student reaches their full potential.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities.

· Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.

· Help prepare classroom materials and resources.

· Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback.

· Support students with special educational needs.

· Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.

· Collaborate with teachers and other staff to enhance the educational experience.

Qualifications:

· Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

· Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

· Passion for supporting student learning and development.

· Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
