History Teacher - Permanent Position

Job Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated History Teacher to join our team in a permanent position starting from September 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching History to students across Key Stages 3-5, preparing and delivering engaging lessons that inspire students to learn and love the subject.
Responsibilities 

Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality history lessons that meet the needs of all students.Assess, record and report on the development, progress and attainment of students.Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and practices.Participate in meetings, training and other learning activities as required.
Qualifications A degree in History or a related subject.Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).Experience teaching History at secondary school level.
Skills Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for history.Strong classroom management skills.The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
