Ourteam is growing and were now hiring for a Head of New Business todrive business growth and lead sales. Join our ECO team with AllSeasons Energy part of the Aira family and help customers on lowincomes reduce theirbills.

Whatyoull be doing as Head of New Business at All SeasonsEnergy

Lead and motivatethe team to improve processes and procedures enabling betterworking practices resulting in efficiency andproductivity.

Maximising new leads received byunderstanding and maintaining existing relationships with externalstakeholders.

Identify new businessopportunities and build client relationships to meet sales growthtargets.

Actively contribute to the creation ofstrategic sales plans and building and developing enduring customerrelationships.

Manage the performance of thesales team goal setting monitoring andreviewing.

Be responsible for the collationevaluation and accurate reporting of sales data to externalstakeholders and senior management.

Working withthe Team leader to prioritise staffworkloads.

Analysing the jobs daily to identifyproblems improving and managing the endtoend jobprocess.

Engaging with Senior Management toascertain the business requirements on a regularbasis.

Communicate with other teams internallyto help resolve noncompliant jobs ensuring they move through tocompletion smoothly.

Interact with the other ECOTeams to improve all processes and help improve team to teamworking.

Holding weekly team meetings to discussthe teams targets for the week.

What we would like you to have as Head of NewBusiness at All SeasonsEnergy

You will ideally have astrong background in sales exceptional leadership skills and apassion for achieving targets

Proven experienceas a Head of Sales / Senior BDM orsimilar.

Experience of leading and developing asales team.

Experience of successfullydeveloping new business pipeline account management meeting andsurpassing salestargets

Salary 60000 perannum

Monday Friday 40 hours per week (hybridworking available)
