As the Regulatory Analyst, you will deliver technical and analytical support to the Enforcement and Regulatory Flow team by running and reviewing compliance reporting data, assisting with internal and external reporting and maintaining up-to-date regulatory, audit and performance records.

What you'll do 

In this role, you will:

assist the Enforcement Officer with enforcement work as required assist with general administration, eg, the preparation of presentations, arrangements for meetings, payments and recharges, ad hoc reports and other administrative duties as required provide analytical support to the Flow Compliance Adviser, enabling the identification of trends in performance and compliance compile reports for all levels of the company assist with collating and reporting compliance with statutory quality regulations for internal and external contacts, including co-ordinating correspondence to and from external regulators plan and manage the MCERTS certification programme, identifying upcoming sites and booking MCERTS site inspections  ensure the appropriate storage of site survey and certification ensure SWIMS is maintained and kept up to date Quality Management System administration review and update policies and procedures carry out flow reporting tasks carry out flow meter verification visits liaise with engineering and operations on capital schemes assist with the compliance audit programme.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, we are looking for: 

a science A-level GCSEs in maths and English computer literate and the ability to work in a team analytical mindset the ability to liaise with internal and external staff, with good communication skills accuracy and attention to detail a clean driving licence knowledge and understanding of wastewater treatment processes the use of and maintenance knowledge of flow monitoring equipment an understanding of environmental issues affecting the company experience following effluent flow monitoring processes.
