Thisis a Zero hours contractsrole.
RoleandResponsibilities
- RetrieveMove orders from operations and followinstructions.
- Completeall removing relocations and installations for furniture moves ITrelocations and Labequipment
- Followdelivery plans from JLL Ops Manager Delivery Manager andSupervisor.
- Maintainfurniture warehouse making sure it is tidy and inorder
- Fillrecycling skips wood/metal andgeneral
- Reportall completed jobs to the delivery manager as soon as they arecompleted.
- Takinggoods into or out ofstorage.
- Largespecialist projects such as moving hospital library or schoolequipment.
- Movingspecialist fine art andfurniture.
- Completeall JLL training asnecessary.
- Keepaccreditations up todate.
- Monitorand record all BAU vehiclemileage.
- Projecthelpline day onesupport.
- Assistwith charitabledonations.
- Followsite rules andregulations.
- Safelypackaging items before removal orstorage.
- Wrap& protect furniture into special wrappings and packingcases forshipping.
- Asa specialist packer wrap and pack delicateitems.Usingpackaging to protect fragile items such as computers or Labequipment.
- Takingapart larger items of furniture for packing andremoval.
- Removingdoors door frames or windows to get large pieces of furniture in orout of abuilding
- Packingitems loading them into your vehicle and securing themsafelyCheckingthat all goods are secure before drivingoff.
- Drivingto the new location unloading the items reassembling large itemsand placing them where the customer wantsthem.
- Unwrappingfurniture and unpackingcartons.
- PackingCold ChainMaterials.
Requirements
WorkingHours; flexible working working as and when required.
Movesbetween longer distances could involve overnight stays in lodgingsor in avehicle.
DrivingLicence holderspreferred
