Job description

Job responsibilities

Undertake physiotherapeutic assessments and treatment of patientswithin the speciality who may have highly complex and acute / chronicpresentation, to determine clinical diagnosis and physiotherapy treatmentsneeded, and to maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.

Plan, deliver and evaluate patients in partnership with MDTcolleagues and together lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of allelements of the rehabilitation programme in a variety of settings.

Deputise for the Team Leader.

Educate and train physiotherapists, health care professionals,physiotherapy students, carers, and assistants in physiotherapeutic management.This includes contribution to CPD of the MDT.

Provide leadership to members of the physiotherapy team.
