Our Supply planning and logistics function are responsibility for planning Burton Brewery, one of the most advanced and busiest breweries in Europe. We also manage the relationships with some of our partner breweries and partnerships for brands like Rekorderlig, Black Cow, Staropramen.

 

In our Supply Planning role you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring our iconic products reach the hands of our customers and consumers.  

 

We do this with  customer focus and aim to exceed customer expectations by working together each step of the way, making sure our plans are fit for purpose

 

Supply Planners are great at dealing with multiple points of information as you liaise with our Demand Planning team to understand customer demand ,analysing stock levels against future demand and understand what orders need to be placed by our suppliers, building all this into an overall plan and forecast.

 

 They are great communicators and act as our link to external hauliers to organise collections to go to our distribution sights, dealing with payment invoices and building relationships with suppliers.

  • Stakeholder management: in the role you will need to build relationships with external suppliers and other functions and teams, holding them to account to deliver on the plan. 
  • Cultivate strong relationships: Our Team members need to come together as a team. Whether that’s supporting each other to solve an issues and handing information and plans over
  • Data analysis: you will have a head for data and ability to analyse various inputs to make informed decisions and have great attention to detail.
  • Show Adaptable Problem Solving: Our Team members are experts at problem solving. When an issue or concern arrives, they think through the problem, working both as an individual and a team to understand options, adapt and find a solution.
  • Have a Hunger to Learn: Our team members have an inquisitive nature and take time to learn about our processes and look for improvements and efficiencies. They become experts in their areas of responsibility and look to find ways to increase and broaden their expertise

 

 

 

The Recruitment Process:

 

 

Step 1: Application - this will include questions around your motivation for the role and how you can add to the culture at Molson Coors.

Step 2: Measuring your Potential - Arctic Shores’ task-based assessment. You will be asked to complete some exciting, engaging tasks which will help us get to know you better In return, you’ll receive a personalised Feedback Report.

Step 3: Interview – Competency based interview based on our values with real life situational based questions asking what you would do in those instances.  

 

Step 5: Decision/Feedback. You will receive feedback even if we do not make the decision to offer you the job or progress you to the next stage.
