Craft Union Pub company are proud to be part of Stonegate Group. Operating since 2015, we partner with over 600 Self-employed Pub Operators, supporting them as they run brilliant wet-led community locals.
An opportunity has arisen for a Regional Manager to join the South West division for Craft Union. As a Craft Union Regional Manager, you are accountable for the operational management of circa 18 pubs within the South West, covering between Bristol and Exmouth. You will contribute to several designated workstreams and projects and be responsible for delivering a region in net income growth with no short-term agreements and delivering investments more than the capex target set.
You will deliver and maintain exceptional retail standards through an energised and passionate approach to operating pubs. Develop exceptional sales performance and continually demonstrate behaviours that reflect the Craft Union values: Community, Win-win, Honesty, Humour & Diversity.

Regional Managers support and guide the Craft Union Operators in delivering our philosophy of putting brilliant pubs back into the heart of local communities. Nurture our local heroes and ensure that our Pubs play a vital role in the lives of their customers.
You must be a creative and commercially driven individual who achieves success through your people. You will have the ability to maximise the opportunities available within the division whilst staying true to our Stonegate & Craft Union values. Your balanced scorecard and appraisal rating must demonstrate your capability. Applicants must have had proven success in a multi-unit role with at least 2 years’ experience, being able to balance a complex and varied workload is essential.
