A national law firm is seeking a Commercial Lawyer with between two and six years PQE and experience within primary care (in particular GPs) to join its team in Leeds. 

The firm offers hybrid working of at least two days per week from home, and your days in the office will help you progress your career fast, as you’ll be learning directly from some of the most successful and prominent lawyers in the field – the talent at this firm absolutely swamps the Legal 500 and Chambers rankings, paving the way for you to do the same. 

In this role, you’ll work as part of one of the leading commercial teams in primary care in the country. As well as managing your own caseload, you’ll work alongside an expert in this field, recognised as a Key Lawyer by the Legal 500, assisting them and other senior colleagues on complex matters. 

Your work will involve preparing, reviewing and negotiating Partnership documentation for medical practitioners, providing NHS Contract advice and working on partnership mergers. 

This national firm has its sights firmly set on growth and reaching the top 30. Along with these ambitions, it remains determined to retain the down-to-earth culture it has managed to continue to cultivate over its rich 200-year history.
