Guest Relations Manager - London

The Botree luxury hotel have an exciting opportunity available for a Guest Relations Manager to deliver conscious luxury to our discerning guests.

Our Guest Relations Manager ensures standards of operation are always adhered to and service expectations are exceeded. Through the promotion of knowledge, expertise and personality our Guest Relations Manager creates and delivers incredible guest experiences.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Working with the Front of House Manager to develop departmental standards.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate the delivery of Guest Experience activities.
  • Display a pleasant and positive attitude and promote efficiency, courtesy and confidence within the department ensuring all guest requests are carried out in a timely and professional manner following hotel standards.
  • Ensure a conscious luxury service is delivered from the Guest Relation Team.

What we would like our Guest relations Manager to bring:

  • Demonstrable experience of leading and motivating a team.
  • Previous, relevant experience in a luxury hotel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Senior lead experience of Guest Experience functions; VIP handling, guest journey communication.
  • Understanding and sharing our values: Truth, Love and Compassion.
