About the Role…
The Infrastructure Operations Manager will oversee and ensure the efficient operation of our IT infrastructure. This role is pivotal in maintaining the stability and security of IT services and systems across the company. The manager will collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors to achieve IT operational excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable system availability and performance. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of physical and virtual servers, network devices, and software platforms. Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, deployments, and migrations. Develop and enforce best practices for IT infrastructure management. Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior managementThis list is not exhaustive and may be added to or amended from time to time
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles with management responsibilities. Strong knowledge of network architectures, database management, and cloud services. Proven ability to lead and manage IT projects and teams. Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or equivalent. Experience with cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery planning.Benefits & Rewards
