Our Client is a is a leading manufacturer of premium energy storage products for utility-scale, commercial and industrial, and residential applications.
Location: Based in Europe, WFH

Job responsibilities
1、According to the company's strategic development requirements, planning the development path of the energy storage business, to achieve the annual operating objectives of the European region;
2、Responsible for the European region business structure, operation mode, competitive strategy, implementation planning and other aspects of the overall business management;
3、Responsible for research and analysis of energy storage market information, leading the team to develop business, formulate marketing and promotion strategies, plan product layout, and dynamically establish and maintain customer resources;
4、Lead the team to provide customers with reliable and competitive product solutions to meet customer needs, to ensure that the product is safe, reliable, economic, intelligent and efficient;
5、Participate in and control project management, coordinate and solve major technical and other problems, effectively control the schedule, cost, improve the level of operation and management, improve customer satisfaction;
6、Participate in presiding over the daily management of departmental products, technology, marketing and other core departments, and establish relevant systems and norms;
7、Responsible for team building, the establishment of internal high-efficiency synergistic mechanism and incentive mechanism, to create a good working atmosphere.
Requirements 
1, more than 10 years of new energy related experience, familiar with the European market and have had successful business development experience.
3, in-depth understanding of the energy storage business, a deep understanding of industry trends, market opportunities and challenges.
4、Strong business sensitivity, able to accurately capture market demand and changes, and develop corresponding strategic responses.
5、Successfully practiced business management system, integrated supply chain and integrated manufacturing lean management system experience.
6, familiar with research, supply, production, sales and other management systems, able to coordinate the cooperation of different teams.
7、Excellent strategic thinking and innovation ability, able to find differentiated advantages in the competitive market.
