JobDescription:

Weare seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to joinour team as a Senior Associate with the opportunity for progressionto Head of Department. The successful candidate will be responsiblefor managing a diverse caseload of highvalue medical negligenceclaims while also contributing to business development andmarketinginitiatives.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • *Manage a caseload of highvalue and complex clinical negligenceclaims with a focus on seriousinjuries.
  • *Provide expert legal advice and representation to clientsthroughout the claimsprocess.
  • *Lead and mentor a team of solicitors and support staff providingguidance and support asneeded.
  • *Develop and implement strategic business development and marketingplans to expand the firms client base and enhance its reputation inthe field of clinical negligencelaw.
  • *Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients medicalprofessionals and otherstakeholders.
  • *Stay abreast of developments in clinical negligence law and ensurecompliance with regulatoryrequirements.

Requirements:

  • *Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years PQE in clinicalnegligencelaw.
  • *Proven experience in handling highvalue medical negligence claimsfrom inception toconclusion.
  • *Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively and provideleadership andguidance.
  • *Strong business development and marketing skills with a trackrecord of successfully growing a clientbase.
  • *Excellent communication negotiation and advocacyskills.
  • *Commitment to delivering highquality legal services and achievingthe best possible outcomes forclients.
  • *Ambitious and driven with a desire for personal development andprogression within thefirm.
