Heathcroft is a supported living home to 14 people, you will be required to be flexible. Shift pattern generally starts at 08.00 and finishes around 19.00 depending on the activity that our customers are taking part in. Sleep-ins are required on a rota basis. Short or long shifts are available.

Free car park is on site and we are on a main bus route.

A night enhancement of £1.00 per hour will apply from 8pm to 7am Monday – Sunday (this does not apply to sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of £1.00 per hour will be paid from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.

As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire you will become part of a fantastic team. Every day is different, but here are just some of the duties you will do:

Assistance with daily life tasks including personal care, medication and mealtimes. Escort and assist in and around the service, at external events and appointments. Supporting our Person Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping to achieve individual aspirations. Maintain up to date and accurate records.
