A ‘Good’ Primary School within the Nelson area are looking to appoint a Year 5 Teacher on a long term, full-time basis. The role is due to commence in September 20234 and is initially set to run until Easter 2025 with the possibility for this to extend further hereafter. As a full- time teacher, you be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing class work to ensure the class progress both academically, and socially. You would also be expected to attend staff meetings, INSET days and Parents Evenings.

To be considered for the role, you must have recent experience within a Primary School and possess a good understanding of the national curriculum. The Head Teacher has stipulated that they are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for supporting children in their education and achieving their maximum potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
