We are currently seeking a team of Support Workers, to work with our complex care client living in their own home in Cressing, Braintree.

Our client is a 31-year-old female, who has cerebral palsy and fitted PEG feed. Your role as a Complex Care Support Worker would be to assist with the clients day time routine, assist with personal care, administer medication and to regularly access the community.

 

Shift requirements

This will be a 0-hour contract however, we currently have several day and night shifts available.

Day shifts start at 08:00 am and finish at 20:00pm, a night shift will begin at 19:30 and finish at 08:00 am.

Requirements

  • A full, clean, UK drivers’ licence as the clients adapted vehicle will need driving.
  • 6 months professional care experience in the UK based in a healthcare setting.
  • Previous experience working with complex care clients, including non-verbal clients and clients with a PEG feed.
  • Someone who is flexible and able to offer availability with short notice including weekend shifts.

 

The desired candidate will be someone who is willing to learn and get stuck in with the role. Someone who is passionate, can adapt to different situations, and has experience with clients with similar needs.
