Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: You're skilled at analysing data to inform decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and solve complex problems.

Commitment to Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards is non-negotiable. You're knowledgeable about EHS regulations and committed to upholding our safety culture.

Operational Efficiency and Innovation: You have a keen eye for efficiency and a drive to innovate processes and practices within contractor management, contributing to cost savings and operational excellence.

Cultural Sensitivity and Team Collaboration: Working in a diverse and multicultural environment energizes you. You're adept at collaborating across teams and cultures to achieve shared goals.

Flexibility and Adaptability: The ability to manage changing priorities and adapt to new challenges is essential. You're willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities as they arise.

Technical Proficiency: While a technical background is beneficial, your willingness to engage with and understand the technical aspects of our operations is key. Proficiency in IT tools and systems is expected.

Qualifications:

A degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills advantageous due to the regional scope of the role.

In return of your commitment, we offer you…

To become a part of our mission for sustainability: clean energy for generations to come. We are a global team of diverse colleagues who share a passion for renewable energy and have a culture of trust and empowerment to make our own ideas a reality.
