TPFRecruitment is recruiting on behalf of a fantastic firm of Top 15chartered accountants in Maidstone who are looking to recruit anAudit and Accounts Senior into their Team. This is a fantasticopportunity where you will work in a mixed audit accounts and taxcapacity. Training will be provided on accounts and tax if you workin pure audit. Our client has seen significant growth in their feeincome in recent times and has also taken on much larger listedwork from Top 10 and Big 4 firms. Due to further expansion theyrelooking to recruit an Audit and Accounts Senior into theirsuccessfulteam.
Thisposition will primarily be focused on ownermanaged businesses from1m 100m turnover and are a mix of both national and internationalbusinesses. Clients are a mixture of both corporate businesses andnotforprofit organisations including charities and academies. Theposition can be moulded around the individual. Suitable candidateswill either be ACA/ACCA studying through to 03 yearspostqualified.
Onaverage you will work in the office 3 days a week and from home 2days a week but this will be moulded around the candidate. This isone of the best audit positions on the market at the moment whereyou will be offered fantastic exposure while maintaining a greatworklife balance and a marketleading remuneration package. Not tomention fantastic progression prospects to Manager andbeyond.

Requirements
- Youwill be either ACA or ACCA qualified nearly qualified or partqualified with experience gained within any mix of small/medium/large independent accountancy practice firm background or Top 50or MidTier/Top Tier firm environment with a technical backgroundacross pure audit or audit andaccounts.
- Youwill be seeking a career move at the Audit Associate SeniorAssociate Semi Senior or Senior level with a clear progression anddevelopment path on offer within a highly regarded accountancypractice.
